Nayia Pierrakos shares how she achieved real estate success through her Spartan-like identity. She discusses discovering a more creative way to buy properties, allowing her to get off the draining transaction treadmill. Nayia also opens up on how her identity focuses on helping people achieve success alongside her as a value amplifier, with the desire to create a thousand multimillionaires in the process.
Originally from Greece, Nayia Pierrakos came to America in 1988. An entrepreneur since her early twenties, she has broad experience from the retail, recruiting, consulting, and real estate industries.
Nayia purchased her first property over twenty years ago when she was twenty-three. Nayia loves to learn and has a student mindset, and she has used this passion for growth to find ways to help others become the architects of their lives. She is achieving this through her company Wealth Thru Real Estate where she educates individuals who want to use real estate as the vehicle to become financially independent.
Nayia is also a Co-Founder of My Deal Mind, a software utility company providing all the tools and resources real estate investors need.
She is an elite-level real estate investor, mentor, speaker, and coach. She has shared her motivational stories and success strategies with thousands of growth-minded individuals around the U.S. Her mission is to help people achieve their dreams while making a positive impact on the world.
Nayia has spoken for numerous organizations, including Real Estate Investor Associations and entrepreneurial groups. Her audiences include attendees interested in all levels of real estate investing, from the beginner to the seasoned professional. She has a passion for real estate investing and giving forward to make a difference in the lives of those she meets.
Nayia has bought and sold more than $40 million of personal real estate and recently profited more than $1.8 million in a period of less than 24 months using her FLEXX Model. Her focus is on being a Value Amplifier and bringing out of the box solutions to all the sellers she works with by structuring creative deals and using the subject-to strategy.
Her mission is to be a catalyst for 1,000 entrepreneurs in becoming multi-millionaires, achieving financial freedom, and living the life of their dreams, which she does through Wealth Thru Real Estate.
Her biggest accomplishment is being a mom of three amazing boys, Georgio, Vasili, and Aristotle. She wants to set a good example and make them proud so they can create their best life.
