His experience in commercial real estate began as an Asset Manager by trade for both retail and institutionally-capitalized real estate private equity firms, where was responsible for the strategic oversight of large multidisciplinary commercial real estate portfolios across the U.S.
Prior to real estate, Yannik played Linebacker in the NFL, for the Tennessee Titans and retired in 2017. Since then, he has successfully transitioned into the world of commercial real estate and believes that cash flow is the key to financial freedom.
