Victor Steffen is a seasoned realtor and real estate investor in central Texas. He began his real estate career as a sales agent in New York City, where he also began investing and building his own rental portfolio.
Since then he has bought and sold over 60 apartment units and single-family homes in 5 different states (Texas, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Ohio) and is actively growing his real estate holdings.
Familiar with the nuances of the market, Victor works alongside his clients, enabling them to purchase cashflow-positive properties in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, and each city's sub-markets. 80% of the investors he works with are out-of-state and trust Victor to be their “boots on the ground.”
Victor’s goal is to work as a team with his clients and create custom strategies that fit their needs. Do you want to househack, rent by the room, target appreciation, short-term rentals or mid-term (travel nurse) rentals? Victor has helped seasoned investors and novices alike grow their own rental portfolios.
Victor runs the numbers and will share resources, including contractors, handymen, property managers, CPAs, Attorneys, and leasing specialists. In addition, he will strategize with you to make sure your investment aligns with your goals and views the client/realtor relationship as one that will last a lifetime. When he’s not in the office, Victor enjoys visiting family in Pennsylvania and Fort Worth, spending time on the water with friends, touring real estate, and hosting investor meetups at Austin's breweries!
