Darcy Marler is a seasoned real estate investor with over 23 years of experience in the industry. Since 2001, Darcy has been actively involved in various residential real estate investing strategies, ranging from small-scale projects to large-scale developments. His extensive portfolio includes investments in land development, new construction, short- and long-term rentals, flips, condo conversions, and more.

Throughout his career, Darcy has demonstrated a remarkable versatility and expertise in navigating the complexities of the real estate market. He has personally owned nearly 100 individual properties, comprising 240 units, and has dealt with close to 1,000 tenants. Darcy's hands-on experience has equipped him with invaluable insights into the nuances of real estate investing, allowing him to consistently generate impressive returns on his investments.
