Zach Wessolleck is a Woodbridge native and outside of a 4 year period at James Madison University, has lived in Northern Virginia his whole life.
Starting in high school, Zach became involved in the Woodbridge community by joining the Occoquan, Woodbridge, Lorton Volunteer Fire Department (OWLVFD). Through this past time, Zach became ingrained in the community and made incredible connections with people spread throughout Northern Virginia.
This heavy community involvement gives Zach an edge in providing Woodbridge homeowners and future Woodbridge residents the guidance that they need to navigate the competitive local real estate market.
Procapitus Properties
Procapitus Properties was started in 2018 as an investment company by Zach Wessolleck and Patrick Mirzayan. After focusing on growing a portfolio of rental properties, the two decided to merge the investment business with their real estate sales business.
Today, Procapitus Properties continues to focus on helping its clients buy and sell homes throughout Northern Virginia along with growing their single-family rental portfolio. Procapitus properties have a passion for not only growing their own rental portfolios but also giving friends and clients the confidence that they need to begin their own investing journeys.
