Raj is a husband, a father of 2 beautiful kids, a custom home builder, a licensed structural engineer (PE registered in VA, DC, and MD), LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional), and a real estate developer. He is CEO of Green Valley Custom Builders. His company primarily focuses on building high-end spec homes and occasionally custom homes in Northern Virginia. His company has an in-house design team of engineers and designers who can help his customers from design concepts to construction completion.
