Larry White founded LKW Consulting, LLC in April 2015 after more than fourteen years of fine-tuning and delivering world-class fractional CFO and accounting services, after the successful acquisition of his company, DragonTech, LLC, a leading international manufacturer and supplier of fire resistant and protective work wear.
Larry is a licensed CPA whose background includes not only public accounting experience but also hands-on CFO and controller experience for enterprises from start-ups to $2 billion companies, including those in real estate, sports, and entertainment, hospitality, healthcare, consumer products, multi-unit retail, professional services, manufacturing and information technology SaaS-based companies.
He has always been entrepreneurial in nature and continually strives to better understand the recurring challenges CEOs and business owners face within the complexities of their finance and accounting functions.
The conclusions have been surprisingly consistent across the board, and these consistencies became the base pillars for building his business model and its continuous client-centric evolution through listening, observation, and hands-on experience.
