John Rubino
John is a COO, Founder and Co-Managing Partner.
John executes the daily operations of JID Investments LLC (JIDI) to include marketing and advertisement, website and social media design, investor and client relations, extensive due diligence review of all prospective investor and business clients, financial and revenue analysis, and securing of investment source for project funding resulting in investment of over $21.25M+ with revenue growth exceeding $15.9M (actual and projected) for the company.
JIDI is a real estate private money and equity investment firm which seeks to secure high yield returns with medium risk by providing investment capital to individuals and businesses with viable residential, commercial and mixed-use real estate business and/or investment opportunities. JIDI has over $14.5M invested and/or committed on six current projects (three in DC, a combined NC/SC hold opportunity and two in Atlanta).
John is a graduate of New York Maritime College (B.S. degree in Business Administration) and holds a 3rd-mates license in the U.S. Merchant Marine. After graduation he received a commission as a U.S. naval officer. He served honorably as a Naval Aviator for 20 years. In 2008 he received his Master of Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

JID Investments (JIDI) is a limited liability company with offices in Fairfax County, VA and Hilton Head, SC.
JIDI seeks to secure high yield returns with medium risk by providing investment capital to individuals and businesses with viable real estate, business and/or investment opportunities primarily operating in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Statistical Area, Mid-Atlantic and South Atlantic real estate markets. JIDI strives to participate in projects that provide investors an annual return on investment of at least 15% - 20%.
