Hello! I'm Jenny and I'm a wife, mom, Realtor®, and GRID leader!
I live, work, and invest in Springfield, OH! I specialize in on market 1%+ buy and holds and potential flips. I've been working with investors for several years and love helping folks in Springfield because of the abundance of opportunities and the ways that ethical and growth oriented investors improve the community. My contribution to my household is my real estate work and I'm in my third year as an agent. As a former Spanish teacher, I am proud to be able to work a person facing job and help others reach their investing goals.
An investor myself, along with my husband, we've purchased over 10 properties together and currently have 3 doors in our personal portfolio, as well multiple long term rentals and a commercial space/micro office business in partnership with the family. I have experience assisting with the sale and purchase of short-term rentals, long term rentals, commercial spaces, fix and flips, and personal homes- almost all in Springfield!
I've helped out of state and local investors on their first deals by finding and analyzing on-market properties for them. I send out a weekly email with all of the current on market 1%+/potential flip deals. I am thrilled to join my town's GRID leadership team to be able to be a bigger part of this network!
