A graduate of California State University, Northridge, she pursued postgraduate studies in business and entrepreneurship at various esteemed universities.
Relocating to Nashville in 2012, Eva is the dynamic Broker/Owner of Century 21 Capital Properties and a co-owner of Solace Oral Surgery.
Committed to cultivating leadership, she empowers individuals within her enterprises through mentorship and strategic leadership opportunities.
Eva embarked on her career as an educator in Los Angeles, imparting wisdom in inner-city high schools, focusing on business development and leadership.
A lifelong servant leader, she has dedicated herself to community upliftment, serving as the founding president of NAHREP Nashville in 2016 and served as president until 2018.
Currently contributing to various boards, including NAHREP National Board ( National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), Midwest Corporate Board of Governors, American Red Cross, Vice President of TLACC (Tennessee Latin American Chamber of Commerce), and ELLA (Entrepreneur Latina Leaders of America).
