Asher Carr

Asher Carr is a first-generation college graduate with a passion for serving people through real estate, storytelling, and consulting.

He was introduced to real estate investing in 2018, when he learned about creative financing and eventually succeeded in a lease-option deal in the Poconos, PA. After being let go from his job in finance in 2019, Asher pursued his real estate license in New Jersey for informational purposes and was recruited to a team in the DC-Metro area later that year.

In his first two years as a real estate operator, Asher generated $22,000,000 in sales volume and $560,000 in gross revenue for Keller Williams teams in the DMV area. He is currently the Transaction Manager for The CAZA Group.

Asher is a self-published author and released his second book and memoir, "From Broke to Bold: A Testimony Into Real Estate Through Faith, Family, and Business" in 2021. Asher is the founder of Carr Corp Enterprises, a consulting business that specializes in real estate, self-publishing, and business operations.

He currently resides in Montgomery County with his wife. In his off time, he likes to work out, read, travel, and cook.
