Founded May 2023
Welcome! GRID Valley Investors is a real estate investment community based in Roanoke, VA—built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals in our local marketplace.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in growing their businesses and creating long-term wealth.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.
How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month.
Each month we cover a different investing topic in the lifecycle of an investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches.
They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers.

Meet the GRID Community Leader
About Jennifer
After a career in teaching middle school math, Jennifer made the transition over to mortgage lending. She specializes in first-time homebuyers but her passion is in educating all homebuyers. She is very involved in the real estate community and teaches classes to both realtors and homebuyers. She has been passively involved in real estate investing through her husband who is a realtor and real estate investor.
Jennifer is a Roanoke native and attended elementary, middle, and high school in the Roanoke Valley. She also chose to stay local and attended Radford University for her undergraduate and graduate careers.
About Daniel
Daniel is an experienced real estate investor and agent with a proven track record of success in the industry. With years of experience in the field, Daniel has established a reputation as a knowledgeable and trustworthy professional, known for his ability to help clients navigate the complex world of real estate.
As an investor, he has a keen eye for identifying lucrative investment opportunities and helping clients maximize their returns on investment. Being born and bred in Roanoke, Daniel has developed a deep understanding of market trends and a vast network of industry contacts in the area.
About Patrick
Patrick Mirzayan is a transplant to the area originally from Roanoke, VA. After graduating from George Mason University, Patrick and his wife stayed in the area, set down roots, and began their family. Patrick began his sales career in the jewelry industry so he is no stranger to helping people make meaningful purchases.
Patrick is well suited to help homebuyers look at the small when shopping for a home to make sure that they get the best deal and the best long-term investment on their home in Northern Virginia.
