Welcome! GRID Capital Fairfax is a real estate community built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals. Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in building wealth and creating impact through real estate.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.
How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month.
Each month we cover a different investing topic in the Lifecycle of an Investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches. They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers.

Born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, Dayana brings a blend of cultural richness and determination to her role in the real estate world.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, she couples her background in Business Administration with specialized training in real estate and buyers strategies, gained from her time in the vibrant DC and VA area.
Having settled in Virginia seven years ago, Dayana has since devoted herself to turning dreams into reality for numerous families. Her extensive experience and expertise have made her an invaluable resource in the journey toward homeownership. With a unique ability to bridge cultures and a genuine passion for her work, Dayana Ortiz stands out as a guiding light in the competitive realm of real estate, helping families achieve the goal of owning their own homes.
About Issac
Grandson and nephew of general contractors, Isaac Howard has been in the real estate business all his life. Not long after making his entry into the business official, Isaac joined the DDA Team as a buyers agent. Quickly showing his work ethic and dedication to his clients, Isaac was awarded Team DDA rookie of the year.
Born and raised in NYC, Isaac prides himself on helping his clients find the right home, for the right price, at the right time! When Isaac is not showing homes, he is at home, with his family, or traveling to watch his son Duro play college basketball.
About Carla
Carla Videira joined our team in 2011 as a buyer's agent. She started her career back in 2003 working for title insurance companies which allowed her to learn more about the real estate industry and developed a passion to help people through their journey with homeownership.
Bringing close to 20 years of experience in customer service, sales and market knowledge to our agency, she has a reputation for honesty, trustworthiness and care for her clients. She prides herself on making any real estate transaction an educational, fun and successful process for all who work with her. We are glad to have her in a leadership role with our team.
Carla was born and raised in Lima, Peru and currently resides in Burke with her daughter & husband. Apart from loving to vacation in sunny beachy places, you will find Carla in her free time mountain bike riding, refurbishing old furniture pieces, planning her next house renovation or checking out the yummiest places to eat in NOVA with her family and friends.

As a lead agent and managing partner with Debbie Dogrul Associates with eXp Realty since 1998, Jay D’Alessandro has sold over 1,200 homes in Northern Virginia area and is a former Fairfax County school teacher. Real Estate is his passion and he will be there for you unless the World Cup Soccer is on. He has 4 kids in high school through college, 1 dog, and is passionately in love with his wife Lori.
