Meet your hosts
Rob Chevez, Founder of GRID® + CAZA®
Rob started his real estate career in 1999 when he decided to buy his first home and rent out the rooms to some friends—he had caught the real estate "bug" and couldn't shake it. He spent the next 5 years buying rentals part-time and learning as much as he could about the name of the game.
In 2005 his wife decided to jump into real estate full-time and they started The CAZA® Group as a real estate investment firm that purchased, sold and managed multi-unit properties. Since then it has evolved into a diversified portfolio of companies whose primary focus is helping families buy, sell, and invest in real estate the smart way.
Rob’s passion for education and wealth building inspired him to start a monthly real estate investment mastermind to help empower our community with the network, resources, and tools to help them build financial freedom.
Today, that little group has grown to 25k+ members and is expanding worldwide, known as GRID™ Investor.
Mark "Professor Bex" Beckett, GRID® Partner + CEO of CAZA® Construction
Mr. Beckett has over 25 years of experience in real estate development, investing and construction. He has worked for several regional and national land developers and home-building companies and has managed the acquisition, entitlement, land development and construction process for multiple residential projects throughout Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Mark has served as Co-Leader of GRID Reston for 10 years and helps develop core GRID Leader training and curriculum. While bringing an expert, analytical perspective to the table, Bex also understands the power of engagement and telling stories to build long-term relationships with people in a room. His sneaker collection is revered by the whole community.
Mike Cappello, GRID® Agent-Investor + CEO of Sell Simpli
Mike is a recent convert to full time professional real estate investor. As a serial entrepreneur, he has extensive experience in building and cultivating small businesses including but not limited to marketing activities, business development, sales and operations.
While he has always been interested and involved in real estate and interior/exterior home renovation and design. Mike began his journey in real estate full time in 2020 when he got his license and became an investor agent with The CAZA Group. SInce that time, he has shifted focus to full time real estate investor and is currently building Sell Simpli, LLC, an investing/ wholesaling business in the Shenandoah Valley.
His passion for the outdoors and ability to see potential where others may not, has helped him on his way to building a portfolio of short term rental properties in the Shenandoah. He also enjoys helping other like minded individuals do the same!

I am a proud member of the CAZA Group and enjoy working with the most innovative Real Estate Team in Northern Virginia Area. I love living in Purcellville, VA and am involved with our local schools, local sports, and the Purcellville community. I feel that real estate goes hand in hand my involvement with the community.
Personally I have been a REALTOR and Productivity Coach for the last 15 years. What you should know about me is that I believe wholeheartedly in the unique, personal nature of real estate. Cheree Warrick writes business plans and creates financial forecasts for entrepreneurs seeking funding from banks and angel investors, immigrant visas, government certifications, or strategic direction within their business.
She authored the book, Creating Business Plans that Actually Get Financed, to help business owners understand exactly what investors want to know before making a commitment. The book and her strategies are praised by numerous angel investors and commercial bankers including Barbara Corcoran of the hit TV show Shark Tank and Valerie Gaydos, founder of the Angel Venture Forum of D.C.
Kayla James, CAZA® Senior Assistant + Property Manager
I get the pleasure of working alongside three of the top producing powerhouses in real estate. As their executive assistant, I wear many hats in my administrative duties, all in a high-volume, high-producing environment. It has allowed me to perform at my best, delivering a smooth work environment.
By nature, I found joy and excitement in organizing and solving issues, identifying what is the best solution to their space that really catapults them to the best possible outcome in their business.
